Birds I've Encountered at the KSNP. (Part 2 of 2)

This is a continuation of the previous blog on the birds of KSNP. I've decided for now to try and put in 10 bird photos per part, but I am quickly running out of birds.

More birds...

11. Coppersmith Barbet:
Another more often heard than seen bird.
12. Yellow-vented Bulbul:
Impossible to not spot this one at the park.

13. Rusty-breasted Cuckoo (juvenile):
This one was spotted being fed by a parent bird which I unfortunately failed to capture on camera.

14. Peaceful Dove:
A highly successful specie and found in almost all habitats

15. Pied Fantail:
Normally seen on the trail towards the mangrove boardwalk.

16. Mangrove Blue Flycatcher:
A handsome bird and occasionally seen along the boardwalk. Listen for its call to locate.

17. Crested Goshawk:
A lucky find at the car park area adjacent the office.

18.  Black-crowned Night Heron:
A regular at the heronry. This was taken from the watchtower.

19. Common Iora:
Can pop up anywhere around the trails.

20. Chestnut-bellied Malkoha:
Normally silent, but can be heard calling softly and sometimes pairs are observed.

20. Oriental Magpie Robin:
Commonly seen all over the park.
